I bought these cute 'sienna' press on around mid-march but came around early may. in my opinion, the wait for a reply from costumer service was unnessesarily really long. Another con is that the nail glue and file provided is really unreliable, I followed all the directions given, but my first nail popped off a day after having them on while just putting on my bag. The nails overall are so cute and I 100% reccomend buying for just feeling yourself! I love the charms and none of them came off !!
